Sign in to the ILAP Desktop app and go the the Connectors tab in the menu bar. Here you find the list of Connectors. Identify the Connector you want to test and click on the “Check now” button in the Test column of the table. You will receive either a “Successful” or “Failed” feedback modal including a text from the API. This text can be copied in case contact with support is required. If it returns “Successful” your connector is ready for use.
