Abstract
As part of the setup admin role, templates need to be created to enable users to create ILAP exchange agreements (IEAs).
Step-by-step: Creating a Template
- Go to the Templates page from the Setup Menu and click on the button: “+ New template”.

- The '“New template” pop-up window shows that there are 2 steps. In the first step you give the Template a descriptive title. Optionally, you can also give the Template labels. Click “Next step” to continue.

- In the second step, ILAP Terms can be added. Browse the table or use the filter and search functions to find the ILAP terms that you need. Use the checkbox in front of the rows to select and deselect ILAP Terms. To get a preview of your template, turn on the “View selected only” toggle. When you are done, click “Create”.

- Your Template is created but is some cases you have selected ILAP terms that have Content control on Template level, and it might be desired to Define content control. Read more about this in this article.
