Abstract
As a Setup user, you can edit existing Templates. In this article, you can read how this is done.
Step-by-step: Editing a Template
- Navigate to the Template that you want to edit and open the options menu on the top right. Click on “Edit”.

- In edit mode, the following changes can be made:
- Change Template title: Type in the textbox in the top left.
- Add labels: Click the “+ Add” button in the info bar below the template title and select or create a label in the dropdown.
- Delete labels: Hover over the label you want to delete and click on the “X”.
- Add ILAP Terms: Click the “+ Add ILAP Terms” button in the top right. For more explanation see step 3.
- Delete ILAP Terms: Hover over de term you want to delete and click “X”. Deleting terms can also be done in the “Add ILAP Terms” pop-up screen. This is explained in step 3.
- Click “Save changes” when you are finished editing.
- To delete a template, click “Delete template” in the bottom left corner next to “Cancel”.

- The “Add ILAP Terms” pop-up window can be opened through the “+ Add ILAP Terms” button in the top right of the edit template screen. In this window, the full list of ILAP Terms is presented. Browse the table or use the filter and search functions to find the ILAP terms that you need. Use the checkbox in front of the rows to select terms. By deselecting the checkbox, terms are removed from the template. To get a preview of your template, turn on the “View selected only” toggle. When you are done, click “Submit”. This closes the “Add ILAP Terms” window and implements the changes you’ve made on the Template. Click “Save changes” when you are finished editing the Template.
