Abstract

Representatives on an ILAP exchange agreement (IEA) can edit the IEA. What you can edit, depends on whether you are the Owner or a Partner on the IEA and whether you are a Setup user or not. In this article you can read what can be edited in the different situation and how to do it.

Step-by-step: Editing an IEA as an Owner

1. Open the IEA you want to edit, open the options menu in the top right and select “Edit IEA”.

2. Once you are in edit mode you can change the following fields:
   • Title
   • Activity filter (if you are the Sender). More about activity filters in this article.
   • Labels
   • Start date
   • End date
   • Frequency
   • Comments
   • Owner representatives
   • Your own Host system parameters (if you are a setup user). More about Host system parameter in this article.

3. Save your changes with the button in the bottom right, or cancel the changes you’ve made with the button in the bottom left. You will return to the IEA in view mode.

Step-by-step: Editing an IEA as a Partner

1. Open the IEA you want to edit, open the options menu in the top right and select “Edit IEA”.

3. Save your changes with the button in the bottom right, or cancel the changes you’ve made with the button in the bottom left. You will return to the IEA in view mode.
