Introduction
The Tenant Admin's role is to prepare for the use of ILAP Terms in his/her organization. This means two things:
- Select which terms from the list of Global ILAP Terms should be visible to tenant's users
- Specifying at what level the content control for an ILAP Term should be controlled (Tenant or Template level). The default setting will be "Template", but in case a term is marked as "Tenant level", the Tenant Admin also needs to specify the list of valid values for the particular ILAP Term in their organization.
In addition to this preparatory work, the Tenant Admin can also add new ILAP Terms (referred to as "Tenant Specific ILAP Terms"), in case it is deemed that the current Global list is missing a term needed by the organization.
There will be quarterly updates of the Global ILAP Term list, where candidates from the Tenant Specific Terms may be "promoted" to the Global list, should the SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) from within various tenants agree on it. This may act as a maturity process, where an ILAP term "organically" grows from local use and into the Global list.
This document shows how to achieve the above mentioned tasks, and this screenshot is useful to reference some important controls on the form:

Manage visibility of ILAP Terms from Global list for your users (1)
Click the button at (1) to open the form for checking off which ILAP terms from the Global list should be visible for the Tenant:
Screenshot of form where Tenant Admin can control which Global ILAP Terms are seen in own organization.
Explanation of "red letters" above:
A. Select or de-select all items in Global ILAP Terms list
B. Select or de-select any individual ILAP Term to be visible (if selected).
C. Save changes after selection is completed.
Define at what level an ILAP Term should be given Content Control (2)
Set "Tenant" for the ILAP Terms you wish to have Content Control at Tenant level (default is "Template").
Define Content Control for Tenant level ILAP Term (3)
When clicking on a row (3) that is marked as "Tenant" in (2) (see screenshot above), you can define the valid values for this ILAP Term to be used for your tenant. The process of doing this is virtually identical to how its done at Template level, described here.
Create Tenant Specific ILAP Term (4)
If the Global list of ILAP Terms does not contain a term needed for a transfer (in the short term, and waiting for approval for a new Global term in the quarterly meeting may be unrealistic), the Tenant Admin can create a new so called "Tenant specific ILAP Term", only to be used within the organization (or if shared though a template with other organization).
When setting up Content Control for these terms, follow the same description as for Template level, described here.
