Abstract
The ILAP Data exchange web application allows users to keep track of all the transfers from all the ILAP exchange agreements (IEAs) that you are part of, in one overview. As part of monitoring IEAs, users are informed when there are problems with data transfers, when IEAs get paused and when there are updates available.
The Active IEAs table
The active IEAs table shows all the IEAs that you are a representative on and have had at least one transfer event. The tiles on top of the table give you an overview of the statuses of your IEAs and function as a filter. By default, “All active IEAs” will be selected, if you want to see only the IEAs that have an update available, click the “Update available” tile.
In the table you can see the most important information of the IEAs. The four left most columns will tell you if there are any problems with the uploads or downloads, which IEA you are looking at, if there is an update available or when the IEA has been paused.
From this screen, you can navigate into a single IEA and see all details by clicking on the row of the IEA.

IEA updates
When there are changes to the configurations that the IEA is using, the Owner of the IEA will be notified that there is an update available. The user can tell by the counter in the “Update available tile” and from the “Update available” label next to the IEA title in the table. The IEA can be updated by opening the IEA and following the instructions. More about this in the article about Updating ILAP exchange agreements.

Failed transfers
When either an upload or a download fails, this will be reflected in the “Failed” tile. In the table, you can see if it was the upload or the download that failed through the colour coding.

In the case of download conflicts, you can resolve the problem by clicking the “View conflicts” button and selecting the appropriate action.

For more details about the failed transfer, the Event log inside of the IEA can be accessed. From there, the detail log can be opened for each upload and download. The Errors, Warning and Messages can be copied and shared with support parties to resolve the problems.

Overdue transfers
When a transfer is not done when it is expected, the upload or download is “Overdue”. The number of IEAs that have an overdue transfer is highlighted in the “Overdue” tile. In the table you can see what upload or download is overdue.

Paused IEAs
In some cases, it is desired to pause an IEA. When it is pause, no transfer events will be created. The IEAs on pause can be identified in the “Paused” tile and in the “Paused” label next to the IEA title in the table.

Successful transfers
The IEAs that are running successfully are sorted at the bottom of the table. The number of these IEAs is indicated in the “Successful” tile and successful transfers are indicated with a green status in the table.
